Queenie's Cleaning Services is an independently owned company registered within the British Columbia.

Cleaning services will include: Kitchen Light Dishes Microwave Appliance Exteriors Bedroom Making Bed Folding Laundry Bathroom Toilet Sink Shower Mirrors Folding + Hanging Towels Every Room Organizing Sweeping Mopping Dusting Vacuuming We do not offer moving of heavy items, outdoor work, sanitization, cleaning of pet messes or areas outside of normal reach.

We often review local industry rates to ensure competitive pricing. Further to that, we have two primary ways of billing: by the job and by the hour. Overall, our fees are based on the size of your home, the actual time it takes to clean your home in half-hour increments with a one-hour minimum as well as the amount of cleaning you require to have done. Queenie's Commercial Cleaning Services is quoted based on square footage of your office or building. Regardless, our dedication to you is always the same, whether you book us for a one-time cleaning or sign-up for recurring services. We guarantee you will receive the highest value from our team.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an accurate estimate over the phone. However, we are happy to schedule a free walkthrough in order that we may provide you with a proper estimate.

To provide an estimate we would schedule a walkthrough of your home or commercial property no more than 15 minutes long. During the walkthrough you will explain what you need to have done. A quote would be provided immediately after the walkthrough.

When you hire us you are not hiring us to clean as you would. You should expect to be better. At Queenie's we pay attention to detail. At the end of service it should look clean, feel clean and smell clean. If there is something that we did not do or something that is not to your liking please let us know immediately in order that we may correct it soonest.

No, clients are not obligated to sign a contract. We offer flexible one-time services, weekly and bi-weekly cleanings, and/or regular, ongoing maintenance services. It is completely up to you.

We specialize in cleaning commercial offices and buildings including bathrooms, carpets and maintenance of general spaces.

When a scheduled clean is booked be it weekly/ bi-weekly an assigned cleaner will come to your home/ office each time. This would allow you to become acquainted and more comfortable with the team member.

For the first visit we ask that the client be present to outline their list of instructions and direction on their preferences of how they wish to have things done. For services following that, the client does not need to be present if they do not wish to be. We do however ask that the employee be given space to work.

Yes, we arrive with all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to make your home sparkle. If you have a preference of your own eco-friendly products including unscented or low-scented items we would be happy to do so.

Before we arrive we ask that you put away valuables and anything not directly related to the cleaning service. If there is a place for everything have everything in its right place in order that we may get to the areas previously agreed upon.

Yes, we are! To avoid any anxiety however with pets due to having someone new in the home you may want to consider some of the following options: Create a cozy space in a separate room during service For dogs or cats utilize a dog crate or playpen Arrange a doggy daycare or pet sitter Take your dog for a playdate or walk during service Plan a pet-friendly outing during service Avoid leaving your pets at home with the cleaner and if you have no choice, be sure your cleaning service has your cell phone number in case of an emergency with your pet. Consider leaving your pets in the guest room or a lesser-used room in your home that can go without a cleaning every time.

Our usual booking hours are Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. Service outside of this time may be specially requested and would be considered under certain circumstances.
